Delivering a statement on behalf of the Board of Sugar and products manufacturers, the chairman of the board of directors of the Sugar Factory of Kilombero, Ami Pungwe, said since President Magufuli announced that procedure have revealed that some businesses have begun making plans to subvert these procedures.
